James Bryce
James Bryce has been in the turf industry for over 20 years, starting as a member of a golf course turf team at the age of 15. He has held various Assistant Superintendent positions in Western Canada and was a Superintendent at Cabot Links for 7 years. Although he has only worked in sales for a year, he has hosted the 2015 PGA of Canada Championship and the 2019 CGSA Fall Field Day as a Superintendent for fellow peers, Superintendents, and mentors.

While he's a big fan of Toronto sports, including the Maple Leafs, Raptors, and Blue Jays, as well as the Buffalo Bills, golf is his true passion. He's addicted to the game and also enjoys playing cards and "looping" or caddying at Cabot Cape Breton. During his time at Cabot, James focused on water usage due to limited resources, making him an expert in moisture management.

James values time with his family, including his partner and daughter, as well as their furry companion, a Retriever/Husky mix.
Ryan Sherry
Ryan Sherry has been in the turf industry for 29 years, with 24 of those years in golf course maintenance in various roles such as Spray Tech/Assistant and Superintendent at Oakfield, Brightwood, BellBay, and Penn Hills. He has been in sales for 6 years now, and he really enjoys his job, especially the opportunity to help customers make the most out of their unique landscapes.

Ryan is a big fan of the Carolina Hurricanes and the New England Patriots. He hosted a Canadian Junior Girls tournament and played/qualified for the inaugural Bluenose Cup event (Oakfield vs. Ken Wo) team competition. He also skipped a winning mixed provincial junior team.

In his free time, Ryan enjoys golfing, curling, hiking, camping, and spending time with his family, including his partner and their children, a 15-year-old and a 6-year-old. They also have a furry family member, a yellow lab/mix named Shelby. Ryan is proud to call Sussex, New Brunswick home and considers Atlantic Canada a special place.
Natalie Thompson
Natalie Thompson is an enthusiastic newcomer to the turf industry, bringing her passion and dedication to the field. While she may be brand new to the industry, Natalie is eager to make her mark and contribute her unique skills and perspectives. She is excited to embark on this new journey and leverage her expertise in helping small businesses grow.

As a sports enthusiast, Natalie's favorite teams are the Kansas City Chiefs and the Vancouver Canucks. She loves following their games and cheering them on with unwavering support. When she's not immersed in the world of turf, Natalie indulges in her favorite pastimes, which include boating, wildlife photography, and camping. These activities allow her to unwind and connect with nature, fueling her creativity and passion.

Not only is Natalie driven professionally, but she also values the importance of family and adventure. Recently, she and her husband relocated from Vancouver Island to Halifax, bringing along their adorable baby and beloved German Shepherd. They are eager to immerse themselves in the vibrant Maritimes community, meet new people, and explore the stunning landscapes the region has to offer.
